NOTE:
Dear Candidates, This note is provided for the convenience of candidates who appeared for the NTS Test for Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj/Nazim. The shortlisting of candidates has been made based on the total number of seats available for each position, categorized by quota and category. Merit was determined by the aggregate marks obtained Written Test, within their respective quota and category (e.g., Province, Repeater, Fresh, etc.), in accordance with the number of seats allocated. Consequently, a candidate with lower aggregate marks in one province/quota may have been shortlisted, while another candidate with higher marks in a different province/quota within the same category may not have been shortlisted. In cases where candidates have the same marks for the same seat, shortlisting was determined by age seniority.
All finally shortlisted selected candidates for Khuddam-ul-Hujjaj for Hajj 2026 will be intimated through SMS and formal official letter by MoRA&IH for Pre departure formalities and training.
